With 20+ years behind the chair, Josephine has stepped into a new role as of 2025 becoming an co-owner of The Salon and Spa at Randolph. As a stylist, she loves helping guests feel confident and beautiful with a new haircut or a total transformation. She values the importance of listening and building connections with her guests to give them an amazing in salon experience. You can find her behind the chair Tuesday - Thursday, and Saturdays.

Hair Stylist
Since graduating in 2017, Meghan has built her career from assistant to stylist through continuing her education, holding certifications in Scalp Treatments, Brazilian Blowouts and Bellami Hair Extensions. She's best known for her scalp massages followed by her signature bouncy blowouts, as well as her hair extension transformations. She is now taking guests behind the chair on Tuesday and Friday.

With over 25 years of experience, she is a master of LCN Gel nail care and custom nail designs. She’s also known for her ultra-relaxing pedicures and expert waxing services. You can find her in the salon Wednesdays + Thursdays as well as every other Friday.

Hair Stylist
Teresa brings years of experience and advanced color training from NYC’s prestigious Wella Academy. She’s known for her creative eye, dedication to her clients and transformative haircuts and color services. Her sense of humor is contagious, always keeping everyone laughing. Jr. Cosmetologist
Rhi, a 2025 beauty school graduate, is currently assisting our hair stylists while pursuing further studies in gel based nail services and nail art. Her enthusiasm, creativity, and warm personality make her a wonderful new addition to the team. You can find her in the salon Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

Fran is a senior stylist with a lifelong passion for hair that began by helping as a little girl in her mother’s salon. Fran specializes in hair loss replacement services and is certified in Great Lengths Hair Extensions. She works closely with clients experiencing alopecia, undergoing cancer remission and other forms of hair loss, offering custom wigs, weaves, and compassionate support. Her talent and empathy make her not just a stylist—but a true partner in her clients’ healing and transformation journeys. You can find her behind the chair on Tuesday and Wednesday.

She spent part of her career traveling and teaching alongside established skincare companies before settling into the salon when it first opened its doors in 2001.
