Please be advised that select service treatments may require you to complete a form before your appointment.
Forms will be sent out by text or email upon time of scheduling.

Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully ask that you please call or go online within 48 hours, this allows us ample time to contact our guests on our wait list. Cancelation without 48 hour notice will result in a charge of 20% of the total service price, or 50% for no-shows.

Select services may require a deposit. Deposits are put towards the service upon completion. Appointments not canceled within the 48 hour cancelation period will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
