With dedicated years working in high end salons in Bergen County, Stefania is excited to step into this new chapter of ownership with her sister, Josephine. She looks forward to welcoming guests, creating beautiful nails and making lasting memories with her clients. You can find her in the salon Tuesday - Friday.

Specialty: Hair Color, Hair Extensions & Toppers, Brazilian Blowouts, Continuing Education
With 20+ years behind the chair, Josephine has stepped into a new role as of 2025 becoming a co-owner of The Salon and Spa at Randolph. As a stylist, she loves helping guests feel confident and beautiful with a new haircut or a total transformation. She values the importance of listening and building connections with her guests to give them an amazing in salon experience. You can find her behind the chair Tuesday - Thursday, and Saturdays.

Hair Stylist
Specialty: Dimensional Color, Hair Extensions, Design
With nearly 10 years behind the chair, Meghan is passionate about creating customized, effortless hair that makes every guest feel confident and beautiful. She specializes in custom color, extension transformations and polished finishing. Meghan is a certified stylist in Brazilian Blowout, Scalp Spa Treatments and TRUSS Dimensional Coloring. She continues to expand her knowledge through advanced education, including classes at The Redken Exchange in NYC and Bellami Hair Extension Master Class. You can find her behind the chair Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Specialty: LCN Nail Care, Nail Art & Designs, Pedicures
With over 25 years of experience, she is a master of LCN Gel nail care and custom nail designs. She’s also known for her ultra-relaxing pedicures and expert waxing services. You can find her in the salon Wednesdays + Thursdays as well as every other Friday.

Specialty: Curly Hair, Special Occasion Styling
Teresa brings years of experience and advanced color training from NYC’s prestigious Wella Academy. She’s known for her creative eye, dedication to her clients and transformative haircuts and color services. Her sense of humor is contagious, always keeping everyone laughing. Jr. Cosmetologist
Specialty: Nail Designs, Scalp Spa
Rhi, a 2025 beauty school graduate, is currently assisting our hair stylists while pursuing further studies in gel based nail services and nail art. She loves to express her creativity through nail designs. You can find her in the salon Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

Specialty: Hair Loss Solutions, Fine / Thin Hair
Fran is a senior stylist with a lifelong passion for hair that began by helping as a little girl in her mother’s salon. Fran specializes in hair loss replacement services and is certified in Great Lengths Hair Extensions. She works closely with clients experiencing alopecia, undergoing cancer remission and other forms of hair loss, offering custom wigs, weaves, and compassionate support. Her talent and empathy make her not just a stylist—but a true partner in her clients’ healing and transformation journeys. You can find her behind the chair on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Jennifer, the salon’s resident aesthetician, brings a wealth of knowledge with over 35+ years in the aesthetics industry. She spent part of her career traveling and teaching alongside established skincare companies before settling into the salon when it first opened its doors in 2001.
